Be sure you have verified all the products at the moment of their receipt. You can bring to our attention (by phone or e-mail) any damages or discrepancies within 3 working days from the moment of the receipt of goods. Please provide: invoice number, product code, observed damages and if possibles photos that will sustain your complaint.
The return of goods can be made within 7 working days starting from the receipt. You can ask for the replacement of goods or for the refund consisting of the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
The shipping fees in the case of the return of goods will be your responsability except the cases when the goods where damaged or incomplete.
NOTE! In the case when for the returned goods we observe damaged packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide about the return or to apply a fee consisting of a certain percentage from the value of the purchased goods. The amount of the fee will be communicated after the evaluation of the damage.
When exercising the legal right to return the goods, the refund will be made within 30 days from the exact date of the return.

Any returned item must be sent at the adress mentioned on the envelope or the packaging.
When cancelling an online order after its shipment you will have to pay the shipping costs. Moreover you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 20% from the total amount of the order.
